This position is crucial to the flow of our daily operations, and success of our production team. The production manager will ensure installations are completed on time, within budget, and correctly. Residential job-site measures, minor repair service calls, and installer assistance in the field are also tasks performed within this position. Tasks include maintaining warehouse with receiving goods, operating forklift, picking up materials from local vendors and moving display trailers in the Central Arkansas area. Annual compensation is based on experience. •Relocation assistance available for out of area candidates.•
Requirements:
Strong Communication & Organization Skills required Experience in acrylic bathtub & shower replacement preferred Residential remodeling experience, such as flooring, tile, or countertops Background check and clean driving record is required
Responsibilities:
Ensuring Installations are completed on time, within budget, and correctly Maintaining a high standard of customer service and customer relationships Training new installers, plumbers, and helpers Keep warehouse neat and organized, as well as stocked with supplies Problem solving and critical thinking skills, particularly regarding plumbing Working in a neat and orderly manner while in customers’ homes Travel to and from our vendors and suppliers
