The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks, including installation and reset work inside retail locations. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality craftsmanship, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The employee will be responsible for installing and replacing damaged racking in large retail outlets across the country . Duties Construct, install, and repair steel racks. Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications and requirements. Restore existing fixtures by repairing or replacing damaged components. Collaborate with other tradespeople, including retail site managers, electricians and data tech, to complete projects efficiently. Must be able to lift and maintain weights of 50lbs Required to have tools, a list will be provided. Skills Strong skills in fixture installation with attention to detail. Ability to perform construction for accurate project planning. Competent in blueprint reading for effective project execution. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
