We work with high-end clientele primarily if you wanna learn how to build from the ground up, this is the company you want to get in with. You must present yourself well be humble speak well to customers and clients. If you have a truck, that’s a big plus. You must have your own tools you must be self motivated Must be a problem solver, have attention to detail and have some goals. There’s a two week trial minimum. After two weeks we can negotiate your permanent pay in position. Must be coachable with the keen ear to listen to details and execute. There’s no getting high on my job. I don’t care if you smoke weed on the side, but you won’t show up to my job’s high then you won’t smoke weed on my jobs.
