Tile Installer Strictly Builders Inc. Jacksonville, FL 32226 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Installer for a current project coming up. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration industry and a strong background in various installation tasks. This role involves working with different materials and techniques to ensure high-quality installations that meet our clients’ specifications. The Installer will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and craftsmanship on every project. Responsibilities Perform installation tasks including flooring installation, tile laying, and drywall work. Execute restoration projects with attention to detail and adherence to safety standards. Utilize schematics and blueprints to accurately complete installations. Apply caulking and other finishing touches to ensure a polished final product. Collaborate with team members to assess project requirements and timelines. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress. Requirements Proven experience in the restoration industry or related fields such as construction painting, remodeling, or floor care. Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes. Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints. Proficient in various installation techniques, including flooring installation, tile laying, drywall, and caulking. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
