Vero Beach, FL Are you an experienced flooring professional looking to showcase your skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment? Our flooring store in Vero Beach is expanding, and we’re excited to welcome skilled installers to our dedicated team! What We Specialize In Custom Sand and Finish (including stairways) Wood, Vinyl, and Carpet Installations What We’re Looking For We are seeking a full-time team member who is ready to grow with us and meets the following qualifications: Proven experience with carpet and/or hard surface flooring installation Skilled in sanding and finishing hardwood floors Baseboard and trim work experience, including cutting and fitting treads Ability to evaluate and level concrete slabs Eagerness to learn and expand skillsets Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities Effective time management and communication skills Reliable transportation Positive, team-focused attitude Physically able to lift 30+ lbs, push/pull, climb, balance, and walk regularly Ability to accurately measure and assess distances Proficiency in seaming wool and hand-loomed carpets, and knowledge of various carpet types and installation techniques Must be able to pass a drug test and background check Able to provide at least 3 references Why Join Us?
