Job Description:

We’re hiring skilled Epoxy Floor Installers with 2+ years of experience in the coatings industry. Candidates should be comfortable with all phases of the installation process, from surface prep to final topcoat. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding role with opportunities for growth and performance-based incentives.

Responsibilities:

Prep concrete surfaces using grinders and hand tools Apply a variety of coating systems (not just flake and metallic) Mix and install moisture barriers, primers, basecoats, flake systems, metallics, sealers, and more Follow proper application methods and product specifications Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe Communicate effectively with team leads and clients Handle tools and materials responsibly and efficiently Deliver consistent, high-quality workmanship

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in epoxy flooring or concrete coatings Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in hot/humid conditions Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality Safety-conscious and team-oriented

Bonus If You Have:

Experience with Urethane Cement

OSHA 10/30

certification Leadership or foreman experience Bilingual (English/Spanish)
