Role:
Join Carbon Concrete Coatings as an Epoxy Flooring Installer and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to transforming spaces with high-quality flooring solutions. In this role, you will work with cutting-edge materials and techniques to deliver exceptional results for our clients in Miami, FL.
Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for epoxy application by cleaning, grinding, and repairing as needed. Mix and apply epoxy coatings according to specifications and industry standards. Ensure quality control throughout the installation process to meet customer expectations. Collaborate with project managers and team members to complete projects on time. Maintain tools and equipment in safe and working condition. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Stay updated on the latest epoxy flooring techniques and materials.
Requirements:
Proven experience in epoxy flooring installation or related field. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environmental conditions. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in flooring installation. Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and materials. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
