In-house Service Installer Job Summary:
We are a leading Kitchen, Bath, and Closet company, seeking a full-time In-house Service Installer for our Retail Division located in Miami, FL. Ideal candidate must be detail-oriented and work well with others in a team environment. Must have reliable transportation.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Take and provide pertinent measures for installation areas. Prepare work surfaces to ensure their appropriateness for installation. Ensure that products are installed correctly and free from damage prior to installation. Resolve any installation issues.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Experience in cabinetry, millwork or a similar industry. Able to read CAD drawings/blueprints. Capacity to lift large, bulky materials. Punctual and dependable. Customer service skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Demonstrated leadership skills. Ability to take initiative.
