Installer/Technician Dade County Water & Energy 1785 NE 162nd Street, North Miami Beach, FL 33162 Installer Job Description Reports To The Installer will report to Office Manager Job Overview The Installers job is to install and service whole-house and reverse osmosis water treatment equipment. Ultimately, they will finalize sales deals by providing best-in-class installation services to our customers. A successful installer will have knowledge of water treatment equipment and a desire to grow within the company. This plays a key role in a satisfied and growing customer base. Responsibilities and Duties The installer will report to the office to pick up equipment and material to complete installs as needed. The installer will attend weekly meetings to ensure they are up to date on company’s policies, plumbing codes, and install procedures. The installer may upsell existing customers for additional incentives on top of regular salary. The installer will use the company’s CRM to update customers information as jobs are installed and completed. The field canvasser will need to meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly quotas. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Plumbing experience preferred but not required. Must be personable and have great communication skills. Must be hard-working. Must maintain an active driver’s license. Able to endure possible harsh weather conditions.
