We’re growing fast and looking for a skilled, motivated, and hands-on Lead Epoxy Flooring Technician / Foreman to lead our installation crews and deliver exceptional results for our customers. About the Role As our Lead Technician/Foreman, you’ll be the on-site expert and crew leader for residential garage flooring projects. You’ll ensure each job is completed efficiently, on-time, and to the Carbon Concrete Coatings standard of excellence. From surface prep to final topcoat, you’ll own the process and deliver a showroom-quality finish every time. What You’ll Do Lead a 1-2 person crew on daily installations Prepare concrete surfaces (grinding, patching, crack repair, etc.) Apply epoxy and polyaspartic coatings with precision and consistency Manage materials, tools, and jobsite cleanliness Communicate clearly with clients and team members Troubleshoot issues and adapt quickly to changing conditions Ensure every project meets our quality, safety, and timeline goals What We’re Looking For 2+ years of hands-on experience with epoxy/polyaspartic floor coatings Leadership or foreman experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of concrete prep and coating systems Reliable, organized, and able to work independently Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Comfortable working in residential settings and communicating with homeowners Takes pride in delivering quality craftsmanship Why Work With Carbon Concrete Coatings?
