RESPONSIBILITIES

The Punch-Out/Backsplash Tile Installer must be familiar with skills of various maintenance trades. Our Punch-Out/Backsplash Tile Installer operates building systems and any related equipment and tools to complete tasks to the levels of company standards.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Provide routine maintenance and repairs for designated properties.
• Operate building systems and related equipment and tools for repairs.
• Basic plumbing, replace lighting fixtures, and clean pool filters where applicable.
• Follow safe work practices and guidelines.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with community team members and provide outstanding customer service.
• Must be able to lift, carry, walk, sit, push, pull and move continuously during work hours.
• Prepare wall surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying primer.
• Apply adhesive materials and install backsplash tiles with precision.
• Fill joints with grouts, wipe excess.
• Inspect completed work for accuracy, aesthetic appeal, and adherence to safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have your own company. Must have worker’s compensation exemption. Must have insurance.

• High school education or equivalent.
• One or more years of related experience.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Ability to climb stairs while pulling a dolly. Ability to travel up and down a ladder. May be required to lift 85 lbs.

Indoor

• Must adhere to company no cell phone/texting policy when traveling by car.
