As a Flooring Installer, you will play a crucial role in transforming spaces by installing, restoring, and remodeling flooring for residential and commercial properties. Duties Measure and cut flooring materials to fit specific areas accurately. Install various types of flooring including terrazzo, pouring terrazzo, metal strip . Perform caulking and sealing tasks to ensure durability and aesthetics. Restore damaged flooring as needed, utilizing water damage restoration techniques. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert recommendations. Assist in remodeling projects by installing fixtures related to flooring. Utilize hand tools effectively for precise installation and repairs. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process. Skills Proven experience in the restoration industry or related fields. Strong knowledge of terrazzo poring and installer Proficiency with hand tools commonly used in flooring installation. Ability to build and install fixtures with precision. Excellent problem-solving skills for troubleshooting issues during installation. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members. A background as a carpenter is preferred but not mandatory.
