We are looking for new team members who have experience applying epoxy flooring. Must be skilled in using flooring equipment such as grinders, mixers, vacuums, etc. Also, must be dependable, adaptable, and have great attention to detail skills. Job Responsibilities and Duties may include but not limited to: Experience operating flooring equipment. (i.e. grinders, mixers, scrubbers, vacuums, etc.) Must have knowledge in concrete repairs, coating applications. Have a keen eye for detail. Ability to assess issues and determine an action plan for resolution in a timely manner. Must have the ability to follow detailed directions, read and understand material labels which may include safety information, product directions, and/or scope of work Must have the ability to work cohesively as a team. Must be able to work on hands and knees for an extended period. Must have an understanding of concrete preparation procedures. Provide your own transportation to and from the warehouse, company truck is provided from the warehouse to the job site. Be reliable, present good work ethic, high integrity. Demonstrate a professional and can-do attitude, who wants to excel in their position Must have at least 2 years’ experience in metallic flooring applications.
