As a Junior Flooring Designer you will play a crucial role in assisting our customers in creating and implementing flooring solutions for various projects. From conceptualization to installation, you will contribute your creativity and technical skills to enhance the aesthetic and functional aspects of interior spaces.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting flooring products that meet their needs and budget. Guide customers through the selection process, explaining features, benefits, and pricing options. Collaborate with senior designers and clients to understand project requirements and design preferences. Assist in developing flooring design concepts, mood boards, and presentations. Create detailed flooring plans and specifications using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.). Research and recommend suitable flooring materials, finishes, and colors based on project needs and budget constraints. Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and installation of flooring products. Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and verify measurements for accurate planning and installation. Maintain project documentation and communicate effectively with team members to ensure project milestones are met. Collaborate with installation teams to coordinate scheduling and ensure timely delivery and installation of flooring materials. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system. Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) for creating detailed floor plans and specifications. Knowledge of flooring materials, finishes, and installation techniques. Strong aesthetic sense with an eye for color, texture, and pattern. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
