The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, commitment to integrity, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. What Would I Be Doing? Perform all aspects of tile demo and installation in residential homes Measure, cut, and install tile according to blueprints and drawings Prepare surfaces and address leveling issues to ensure a flawless finish Oversee and guide less experienced team members to maintain quality standards Coordinate with subcontractors to meet project requirements Maintain a clean and professional job site Drive to various job sites with tools and materials Complete other duties as assigned What Does Winning Look Like?
