Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Pool Preparation/Tile/Coping Technician with expertise in tile and coping installation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pool preparation, tile work, and coping installation, ensuring that our clients’ pools are ready for the season and meet the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare pool surfaces for plaster. Install tile and coping according to design specifications and industry standards. Experience with skimmer and niche replacements. Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in pool preparation, tile installation, and coping work. Strong knowledge of materials and techniques used in pool construction. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. (Pay increase for valid driver with clean record)
