This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, and proficiency in multiple installation techniques. Duties Perform installations of cabinets, fixtures, and other components as per project specifications. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate installation and alignment. Execute trim carpentry tasks to enhance the aesthetic appeal of completed projects. Conduct construction painting as needed to finish installations with a professional touch. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high standards. Utilize construction estimating skills to assess project requirements and material needs. Engage in remodeling activities that may involve restoration work within various environments. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and materials are stored safely. Experience Proven experience in remodeling or the restoration industry is preferred. Strong skills in cabinet installation and fixture installation are essential. Familiarity with construction estimating processes will be advantageous. Ability to perform trim carpentry and construction painting is highly desirable. Experience as a carpenter or in related fields will be considered an asset. A solid understanding of blueprint reading is crucial for success in this role.
