Confidence Management Solutions (CMS) is currently recruiting experienced Floor Tech for long term care nursing facility in Altamonte, Florida . Apply today! You will be glad you did! Floor Tech Key Responsibilities Maintain all floors by sweeping mopping, vacuuming, shampooing, stripping, waxing, and buffing throughout the facility. Various pieces of equipment are properly and safely operated such as extractor, auto-scraper, high speed buffer, shop vac, side-to-side buffer, vacuum, and steam machine. Maintains equipment in good working condition and stores properly in designated locations after each use. Dispose of all garbage throughout the facility. Perform other job-related duties as they become required. Floor Tech Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High school diploma or general education degree (GED). 1-year long-term care, hospital, or healthcare experienced preferred. Must have verbal and written communication skills.
