Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Tile Installation Site Supervisor to oversee tile installation projects in the Port St. Lucie area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship, coordinating installation schedules, and resolving on-site issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and inspect tile installation work to ensure quality standards are met. Schedule installation dates and assign installers accordingly. Monitor project progress to ensure installations are completed on time. Coordinate with project managers, installers, and other trades on site. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during installation. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and project specifications. Provide daily updates and reports on project status.
Requirements:
Experience in tile installation and/or site supervision is preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Must have reliable transportation.
