Yeah, you – the hands-on, outdoorsy, DIY-loving pro who knows their way around poured-in-place rubber surfacing and takes pride in creating safe, smooth, and standout spaces. We’re on the lookout for an Installer Extraordinaire with experience in poured-in-place rubber flooring to join our crew and help transform hard, boring surfaces into soft, durable, and eye-catching finishes using Rubaroc – the cutting-edge rubber safety surfacing that’s part science, part art, and 100% awesome.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Mixing rubber granules and resin with precision and care. Installing poured-in-place rubber surfacing on driveways, pool decks, patios, playgrounds, and more. Using trowels and other tools to create seamless, professional finishes. Working outdoors (yes, you’ll get a tan—but sunscreen is still a must). Creating spaces that are as safe as they are stunning.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience with poured-in-place rubber flooring or similar surfacing is required. Comfortable lifting and moving heavy bags of rubber materials. Eye for detail and strong finishing skills with trowels. Team player with a great attitude and solid work ethic. Reliable, on-time, and ready to hit the ground running.
