Exempt Overview:
Integrity First Installations is hiring a Field Operations Specialist to lead installer recruitment, training, and on-site quality control across a designated region. This role ensures high-quality flooring installations, supports client partnerships, and helps drive key operational metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, onboard, and train subcontractor installers. Ensure installation quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Conduct job site inspections and resolve on-site issues. Monitor performance metrics including craftsmanship, professionalism, and gross profit. Assign projects based on installer skill, availability, and performance. Approve installer payments, manage chargebacks, and authorize materials as needed. Maintain strong client relationships and respond to escalated customer concerns. Support retention and recognition efforts for high-performing installers. Travel up to 75% within your assigned area.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; 3-5 years in field operations, construction, or installer/vendor management. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficient with Microsoft Office and job management systems. Valid driver’s license; must meet company driving and insurance requirements.
