The ideal candidate will have a strong background in epoxy flooring installation and be proficient in various construction tasks. This role involves working on residential and commercial projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. As a Flooring Installer, you will be responsible for the complete installation process, from preparation to finishing touches. Duties Install various storage solutions such as cabinets, overhead racks, and slatwall. Install various types of flooring such as epoxy flake floors, grind and seals, and metallic epoxy floors. Prepare surfaces for installation by grinding, leveling, and repairing as needed. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete installations. Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the duration of the project. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding project progress. Manage a crew of other employees to ensure the job is done correctly. Update inventory daily as products are used. Experience Proven experience in flooring installation or related construction fields is preferred. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in flooring projects. Knowledge of construction estimating processes is a plus. Experience with cabinet installation and mounting items to walls is advantageous. Previous experience working on construction sites is required. Previous leadership experience is required.
