The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various fixtures and components, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. This role requires a strong attention to detail, proficiency with hand tools, and a solid understanding of construction practices. Duties Perform fixture installations in residential and commercial settings. Utilize hand tools effectively for various installation tasks. Conduct water damage restoration as needed, ensuring proper techniques are applied. Assist in construction estimating to provide accurate project assessments. Execute buffing and finishing tasks on installed fixtures for a polished look. Engage in drywall installation and repairs, including caulking and finishing work. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precise installation according to specifications. Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and organized work environment. Qualifications Proven experience in fixture installation or related maintenance person services. Familiarity with water damage restoration processes is a plus. Strong skills in construction estimating and project planning. Proficient in buffing techniques and drywall installation methods. Ability to perform caulking tasks with precision.
