Help Needed:
Flooring, Painting, Repairs, and Cleaning•3BR/2BA Home (Peachtree City) items shown in photos may be removed later. Looking for experienced handyman or crew to help with home improvement and cleanup work at a single-family house in south side of Peachtree City (approx. 1,400 sq ft, 3 bed / 2 bath, with sunroom, deck, storage unit, and ~0.2 acre lot).
Tasks Include:
1.
Flooring:
Install LVP flooring in living room, dining area, kitchen, hallway, guest bathroom, and laundry room. No flooring work needed in the master bedroom/bath and two other bedrooms.
Optional:
Power wash garage floor; consider epoxy coating afterward. 2.
Painting:
Paint guest bathroom blue. Paint other rooms white. Re-glue wallpaper that’s coming off in some areas.
Optional:
Paint garage walls. 3.
Bathroom Repairs:
Master bath: shower valve missing/damaged•need to install replacement.
Guest bath:
slow drain (likely hair clog)•need to clean and check tub drain valve. 4.
HVAC:
Possible AC condensate leak or drainage pipe blocked•water stains on ceiling under air handler. 5.
Windows:
Two double-pane windows fogged up; one corner chipped. 6.
Yard Work:
Basic front and back yard cleanup and weeding (some trees on the property). Storage unit may use some roof work to stop water leaking. 7.
Electrical:
Replace flickering 4-ft fluorescent kitchen light (ballast + tubes). 8.
Final Cleaning:
Clean whole house to rental-ready standard.•
