Technician Role Overview:

Each week the Techs will need to look ahead at their jobs and make sure they have the materials necessary and are aware of what they are walking into. They communicate with customers about timelines, sending alerts before arriving. Techs ensure clear communication by discussing job details upon arrival. Cleaning of interior and exterior residential and commercial windows using industry standard techniques and equipment. Cleaning and scrubbing tracks. Cleaning Screens. Power washing brick, siding and concrete. Gutter Cleaning. Estimate projects. Ensure projects are kept on schedule and within budget while meeting client’s needs and delivering a quality project. Upsell additional services to ongoing projects/customers. Identify potential issues and ensure timely decisions are made. Techs ensure smooth and efficient job progress, preventing bottlenecks. Techs handle the job’s closeout, including customer interaction. They walk through the completed job with the customer. They discuss what went well and any areas that may not have met standards. Techs handle payment forms and gently mention the importance of reviews. They acknowledge that any tech issues trace back to their delegation or communication. Effective communication is key to the Tech’s role. Techs strive to ensure customers are satisfied and willing to leave positive reviews. The Tech’s role is pivotal in maintaining quality and customer relationships. In summary, the Tech plays a central role in coordinating and overseeing job processes, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Their accountability and communication skills are crucial to our success.

Qualifications:

Ability to qualify a customer and provide estimates according to the customer’s needs. Ability to learn and work independently in a fun fast-paced environment. Self-motivated. Superb time management, prioritization, and organizational skills. Detail-oriented, dependable, and reliable. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in the use of a personal computer/cell phone and software programs. Experience is not necessary, however, 2 years of customer care, sales or estimating experience is a plus.
