Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: •

Surface Preparation:

Assist with prepping concrete surfaces for flooring installations, including cleaning, grinding, and leveling. •

Polished Concrete:

Learn and assist in the polished concrete process, including grinding, polishing, and sealing concrete floors. •

Installation Support:

Support the lead installer in the installation of various flooring materials, including epoxy coatings, polished concrete, and other flooring types. •

Tool Handling:

Learn to safely and efficiently handle flooring tools and equipment. •

Job Site Assistance:

Help maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring all materials and tools are properly stored and ready for use. •

Safety Compliance:

Follow all safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your teammates. •

Team Collaboration:

Experience:

Some construction experience is a big plus, especially experience with prepping concrete surfaces or the polished concrete process. •

Dependability:

Must be a reliable, responsible, and hard-working individual willing to learn and take on new challenges. •

Physical Fitness:

Ability to lift and move heavy materials, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions. •
