• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and repairing concrete floors for coating or polishing.
• Apply epoxy coatings, polished concrete finishes, and other specialized flooring systems.
• Operate surface preparation equipment such as grinders, sanders, and polishers.
• Ensure proper mixing and application of coatings to achieve desired results.
• Follow project specifications and safety guidelines during installations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Perform quality checks to ensure projects meet company and client standards.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Previous experience in flooring installation, particularly in concrete coatings, is preferred.
• Knowledge of epoxy coatings, polished concrete, resurfacing, and other concrete flooring solutions.
• Ability to operate flooring tools and machinery such as grinders and polishers.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and perform manual labor.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to travel to job sites across the service areas.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
