You will be setting up events and rentals all around and outside of Saint Louis. You will need to carry heavy objects, safely, use dolly’s and flat beds and install tents effectively. We can train you and provide you resources to learn this skill. What we look for is utter commitment. Consistency. Dedication. We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various framed tents, ensuring that all installations meet quality standards and customer satisfaction. Jobs also require the loading unloading and set up of rental chairs and tables for the events alongside the tent installation. This role requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform installations of products according to specifications and company standards. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule. Experience Previous experience in installation or a related field is preferred but not required. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety procedures is essential. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in various environments and adapt to changing conditions. Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
