Job Description
Flooring Specialist 3 In 1 Lawn and Home Care Elon, NC 27244 Responsibilities Assess and evaluate flooring conditions to determine restoration needs. Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively during installations and repairs. Perform trim carpentry tasks related to flooring projects. Execute floor care procedures, including cleaning, polishing, and maintenance of various flooring types. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding flooring options and services. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times. Qualifications Proven experience in the restoration industry or as a maintenance person/carpenter with a focus on flooring. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and materials. Understanding of safety protocols. Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
