As a Flooring Installer, you play a key role in representing our brand and ensuring every customer’s experience exceeds expectations.

Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced and professional Flooring Installers to join our growing team. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, punctual, and take pride in clean, efficient work. This role requires direct communication with both our Production Manager and customers to ensure a smooth installation process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Professionalism & Attire Represent Floor Coverings International with a professional appearance at all times. Wear Floor Coverings International branded shirts that are provided during entire installation process. Work pants or jeans required (no basketball/gym shorts). No smoking or tobacco use on job sites. Use boot covers in all finished or non-work areas. Communication At least one English-speaking crew member must be present on every job site. Maintain clear, daily communication with the Production Manager. Notify the Production Manager and customer promptly if leaving the site unexpectedly. Prep, Production & Clean-Up Move and replace furniture as noted in customer work orders. Protect customer belongings with plastic or drop cloths. Perform proper floor prep/leveling unless excluded in the contract. Remove and dispose of tear-out debris the same day. Maintain a clean job site at all times. At project completion, sweep/mop/vacuum all affected areas. Installers are responsible for removing all job-related trash.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in flooring installation (hardwood, vinyl, tile, carpet, etc.). Ability to follow detailed work orders and customer requirements. Reliable transportation and tools. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and commitment to quality. Must be eligible to work in the
