Artificial Turf Installation Technician Southwest Greens of Asheville Hendersonville, NC 28792
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Installation Technician to join one of the fastest growing turf companies in the world! As an Installation Technician, you will be responsible for installing various synthetic turf applications. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and heavy lifting.
Responsibilities:
- Install synthetic turf in a variety of applications such as putting greens, sport courts, residential and commercial properties
- Read and interpret job plans and technical diagrams to determine type of equipment and materials utilized on projects
- Must have the ability to lift at least 50 pounds and move materials to various locations on the jobsite repeatedly
- Collaborate with team members and project managers to ensure timely completion of installations
- Maintain accurate documentation of installation activities and inventory
Requirements:
- Previous experience in landscaping and turf installation is required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- Proactive mindset with attention to detail
- Basic skills with standard tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service skills for interacting with clients during installations
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Full Training provided for highly motivated employees!
