The ideal candidate will have a strong background in flooring installation and restoration, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results for our clients. Duties Install various types of flooring materials, including carpet, hardwood, laminate, and tile. Prepare surfaces for installation by cleaning, leveling, and repairing as needed. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to ensure precise installations. Collaborate with clients to understand their flooring needs and provide expert recommendations. Perform restoration tasks related to water damage or other issues affecting flooring. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Experience Proven experience in flooring installation or related fields such as construction painting, drywall work, or remodeling. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in the flooring industry. Knowledge of construction estimating practices is a plus. Experience in the restoration industry, particularly in water damage restoration, is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to restore damaged areas effectively.
