We’re seeking a driven Flooring Crew Chief to lead our installation teams on high-end residential and commercial projects. What You’ll Do:

Manage and train flooring crews across diverse commercial and residential job sites. Interpret floor plans and execute flawless installations. Maintain high standards for quality, punctuality, and safety. Communicate with clients, team members, and project managers. Monitor site safety, cleanliness, and documentation.

What You Bring:

5+ years of flooring installation experience with crew supervision. Expertise in LVP, hardwood, tile, and/or epoxy systems. Knowledge of moisture testing, leveling, and tool operation.
