Site Installation Coordinator 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Raleigh, NC 27617 Overview Busy sign shop seeks skilled handyman or woman to join our install team. The ideal candidate will be very familiar with digging post holes, pouring concrete, and using larger power tools such as drill presses and wall saws. High-quality workmanship, strong organizational skills and efficiency are what we’re looking for! This role requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties Perform installations of products according to specifications and company standards. Most common install type will be post and panel signs, dug in and concreted. Utilize tools and equipment effectively, including augers, wall saws, power drills, chop saws, drill presses, hammer drills and more. Some ladder work, occasional use of bucket or scissor lifts. Conduct site assessments to determine installation requirements and address any potential challenges. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times, including shop clean-up and management of tool inventory. Drive company vehicles responsibly. Requirements Proven experience in post installation or a related field is preferred. Proficiency and comfort with power tools. Ability to lift 75 lbs unaided. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. Solid communication skills and a positive attitude, for effective interaction with team members. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting. A commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship in a timely manner. Own transportation and valid NC driver’s license. Ability to perform occasional overtime when weekend or night installs are necessary.
