Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible installers to join our team and build core crew. The ideal candidate will be a team player, self-motivated, possess a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company. This position requires the ability to work nights when required, and sometimes weekends. Full Time work and Overtime available

Work Includes:

• Concrete grinding, prep, patching, overlays, epoxy/urethane coatings, and polished concrete
• Operating grinders, vacuums, mixers, trowels, and other install equipment
• Loading/unloading truck, staging jobs, and cleanup
• Managing installers, helpers and performing role of lead installer on projects (Lead only)

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license (required for Lead)
• Your own transportation to and from shop or jobsite
• DOT medical card
• required for lead and/or driver

OSHA 30, SST

62-hour (or willing to get — we’ll assist)

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work full days, and be on time
• Willing to travel for some projects. (Travel pay, lodging and meals are paid)
• Perform overnight and/or weekend work when needed
• Experience in resinous flooring or polished concrete a big plus
• Previous experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Ability to work nights, occasional weekends, and flexible hours based on project demands.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Self-motivated and responsible, with the ability to work independently when required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies in the flooring industry.
• Bilingual skills (e.
