Flooring Installer Rishes Flooring 1011 Linden Street, Ogdensburg, NY 13669 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Flooring Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various flooring installation techniques, including tile laying and floor care. This role requires a strong understanding of practices and the ability to work effectively on sites. The Flooring Installer will be responsible for ensuring high-quality installations that meet client specifications and industry standards. Duties Install various types of flooring materials, including tile, carpet, vinyl, and hardwood. Perform tile laying with precision to ensure a flawless finish. Utilize power tools safely and effectively for cutting and fitting flooring materials. Conduct necessary preparations on construction sites, including measuring and cutting materials. Execute trim carpentry tasks as needed to complete flooring projects.. Assist in repair as required during the flooring process. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of each project. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Proven experience in flooring installation or related construction fields. Familiarity with construction painting is a plus. Strong knowledge of power tools and their safe operation. Ability to perform caulking tasks effectively for sealing purposes. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team on sites. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
