Flooring Installer Assistant Ty The Flooring Guy Waynesboro, PA 17268 Flooring Installation Helper / Assistant – Growth Opportunity We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Flooring Installation Helper/Assistant to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

Assist lead installer with flooring installation projects (including hardwood, laminate, tile, etc.) Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment Maintain a clean and organized job site Follow instructions with attention to detail Learn to anticipate the needs of the lead installer and stay one step ahead Perform basic measurements and cuts (or be eager to learn) Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and clients

Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn Dependability and punctuality are a must Ability to take direction and use sound judgment on the job Physical ability to lift heavy materials and be on your feet throughout the day A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Someone with initiative, common sense, and the desire to grow in their role
