The ideal candidate will have experience in various flooring types and a strong understanding of installation techniques. This role requires a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Install a variety of flooring materials including hardwood, laminate, tile, and vinyl Lay tiles accurat Apply caulking where necessary to ensure clean edges and prevent moisture infiltration. Carry out trim carpentry work to enhance the overall aesthetic of installations. Finish concrete surfaces when required for specific flooring applications. Utilize power tools safely and effectively throughout the installation process. Requirements Proven experience in flooring installation or related fields within the industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of power tools and their safe operation. Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality work. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site. Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally. Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks including lifting heavy materials. Drivers license and reliable transportation. Must have General Liability and Workmen’s Comp Insurance.
