The ideal candidate will have a strong background in flooring installation and related construction skills. This role involves working on various flooring projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. The Flooring Installer will be responsible for installing a variety of flooring materials, including tile, carpet, vinyl and hardwood, while adhering to safety standards and project specifications. Duties Install flooring materials according to project specifications. Measure and cut flooring materials accurately to fit designated areas. Prepare surfaces for installation by cleaning, leveling, and repairing as needed. Conduct floor care maintenance and repairs to ensure longevity of installations. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns. Qualifications Proven experience in flooring installation or related construction fields. Familiarity with various flooring types including tile laying, hardwood, vinyl and carpet installation. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
