Job Summary:
We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Floor Installer to join our team. This role involves preparing surfaces and applying epoxy and polyaspartic floor coatings in residential and commercial settings. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. We provide all the necessary training!
Key Responsibilities:
Surface Preparation:
Grind, clean, and prep concrete surfaces for coating application.
Coating Application:
Mix and apply epoxy and polyaspartic coatings according to manufacturer specifications.
Precision & Detail:
Ensure professional-quality finishes with attention to detail.
Equipment & Chemical Handling:
Operate industrial floor grinders, vacuums, epoxy and other necessary tools and materials.
Safety Compliance:
Follow proper safety protocols and wear required PPE.
Customer Interaction:
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while working in customer homes and businesses.
Team Collaboration:
Work efficiently with crew members to complete projects on time.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
Previous experience in flooring, painting, construction, or a related trade is a plus, but not required. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks. Comfortable using power tools and working in various weather conditions. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Willingness to learn and follow company procedures.
