The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acrylic and tile shower installations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and collaboratively to ensure high-quality installations that meet our clients’ specifications. Responsibilities Perform demo/installation of shower in customers house to the specifications of the job scope Utilize tools and equipment safely and effectively during installation processes. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of installations while maintaining quality standards. Restore and repair existing installations as needed to uphold the integrity of the work. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process. Experience Proven experience in shower/plumbing is mandatory. Proficiency in using LeadPerfection is preferred/willing to learn if not. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues that may arise during installations. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
