• 1•close in passage way between rooms: 4’w x 15’H with 2•18″ w paneled hinged doors, 1•18″w x 10′ partition•ceiling light installation in 7 rooms(4 ‘cans’ each), 4 ceiling fans,•gut kitchen, kitchen tile, installation of new kitchen cabinets/island, • remove vinly plank add new tile floor•maybe new basic 3 piece bathroom in garage cut into slab, pumped 40′ to septic tank•deck: removal of long side railings, add additional rim board, and installation of continuous single step to ground/grade w/ small step railings every 8′.

Brace remaining short side railing. Paint to match

• clean up garage interior(remove all obsoleteshelves, basic spray paint.
• replace garage house entrance door with fire door.
• install pool aluminum fencing 120′
• install plank vinyl flooring in 3 rms/halls
• paint front door exterior entrance wall.
