Role:

The Installation Coordinator is a customer-facing role responsible for ensuring smooth communication between Lowe’s Installed Sales teams, Service Pros contractors, and customers. From scheduling to follow-up, your mission is to ensure every flooring installation is on time, accurate, and stress-free for the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

Review work orders for accuracy and resolve any labor or product discrepancies Schedule flooring installations and other service appointments with customers and contractors Coordinate project details with installers to ensure job readiness Manage customer communications, including complaint resolution and post-installation follow-up Maintain inventory and stage materials for efficient crew load-outs Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and manually load/unload trucks as needed

What You Bring:

High school diploma or GED 1-2 years of related experience (customer service experience a plus) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic setting Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in warehouse environments Why Service Pros?
