Responsibilities Deliver professional carpet, rug, tile, upholstery, and hardwood cleaning services Follow all safety and quality standards during appointments Ensure high customer satisfaction scores and low customer complaints Maintain safe driving habits and vehicle care Handle basic administrative tasks (job logs, invoices, customer notes) Customer satisfaction Average invoice amount Low recall rate Revenue per van

What We’re Looking For:

At least 21 years of age Clean and insurable driving record Bondable criminal background (no violent or theft-related felonies) Able to pass a drug test (initial and random) Reliable transportation to/from our North Nashville office Physically fit and capable of hands-on, active work Previous labor or cleaning experience is helpful — but not required. We’ll train the right person.
