Flooring Warranty Installation Specialist Position Available In Loudon, Tennessee

Flooring Warranty Installation Specialist JH Flooring Inc. 14000 Hickory Creek Road, Lenoir City, TN 37771 JH Flooring Inc. is a residential and commercial flooring company located in Tennessee. We are seeking to add a detail-oriented, self-motivated Warranty Installation Specialist to our team. Our Warranty Installation Specialist will be responsible for pre-and post- installation inspections, managing repair issues, monitoring installation issues, and making repairs when a crew is not available. Quality assurance is an essential function of this position, as such, the Warranty Installation Specialist MUST be detailed-oriented and possess extensive flooring installation experience, preferably in a leading role, as well as basic computer skills. The Warranty Installation Specialist is also involved in the detailed hands-on communication with subcontractors regarding any challenges on the job site and communicating with customers.

Essential Functions:

Communicate with builder superintendents daily Inspect job site before and after installation Determine best method of installation or repair, conduct measurements, and instruct installers Ensure the quality of completed jobs meets company standards Ensure the job is completed to the customer’s satisfaction Respond to any complaints or questions regarding installations Pick up and deliver materials as necessary Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Good computer skills in Adobe, Word, and Excel Proficient in the fundamentals of hardwood, tile, vinyl, laminate, luxury vinyl plank, and carpet installations Excellent communication skills Strong problem solving and negotiation skills Ability to establish and maintain team cohesion and subcontractor rapport
