MUST:
Be a US Citizen Be able to Pass a background check (Depending on Client) not all require Have own tools (varies by job) or the ability to obtain them (basic tools a must) Own transportation Reliable and provide quality work
Preferred:
1 Year Experience in flooring or general concepts of construction industry This position is based on availability of work. Hours and work days may vary. 1099 Position (you are liable for paying your own taxes) General Liability and other required insurance may be covered by employer with a percentage deduction from pay, unless you are able to provide your own.
Compensation:
May be based on an hourly rate or piece rate-depending on scope of project.
