Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Epoxy Technician to join our coatings team. This role is hands-on and field-based, working directly on site with our customers to install epoxy floor systems, polish concrete, and perform floor demo and prep work.
Key Responsibilities:
Install multi-step epoxy flooring systems , including flake, quartz, and solid color coatings Operate grinders, burnishers, and floor scrubbers for surface prep and polishing Use concrete saws, hand tools, and scarifiers for surface removal and demo Mix, pour, and spread epoxy products with attention to detail and safety Maintain and clean equipment daily to ensure proper functionality Communicate effectively with crew leads and customers while on site Adhere to all company safety protocols and jobsite standards
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year experience in epoxy flooring , polished concrete , or related coatings work Proficiency operating grinders, vacuums, and burnishers (Planetary & Edge grinders preferred) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks Comfortable with long shifts, travel, and occasional overnight work Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Experience with flake systems and concrete polishing
OSHA 10/30
certification Experience leading small crews or job sites
