TILE INSTALLATER NEEDED
(Sevierville) ‹ image 1 of 1 › compensation: $6,300 for flooring plus $1,600 for wall tile, total $7900. Lage home remodel with 1400 SF floor tile, 1400 SF vinyl plank and thre tile showers, pans already installed. Material is on site, ready to start this coming week. $3 per SF for floor tile, $5 per SF for wall tile, and $1.50 per SF for vinyl plank, Must be full time tile mechanic with portfolio of experience and customer references, please.
FLOOR TILE
is 18×18 ceramic with 3/16″ joints installing over concrete floor, VINYL PLANK is 6″x36″ floating (click and lock with built in padding), install over plywood subfloor, and showers are 6×12 wall tiles and 12×12 mosaic for shower floors. Some demolition is required, come see it and we can discuss that part. Need the same crew to do the whole job, no “partials” please. Two weeks to finish.
