Little Rock, AR 72206 Job description Overview We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and installation, demonstrating proficiency in various tasks related to hand held tool operation, remodeling, and fixture installation. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship while ensuring safety standards are met. Duties Operate hand tools safely and efficiently during installation projects. Perform remodeling tasks, including but not limited to drywall installation Must be able to lift 50 lbs Room for advancement Hang doors accurately, adjusting for fit and function as necessary. Must having skills caulking and finish work Assist in construction management tasks, coordinating with team members to meet project deadlines. Proven experience in construction or a related field is preferred. Strong skills in hand held tool operation and construction inspection are essential. Familiarity with remodeling processes and fixture installation techniques is required. Experience with door hanging and concrete forming will be advantageous. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary for success in this role. Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and clients.
