What You’ll Do:
Lead and support window installation crews, ensuring top-tier performance and customer satisfaction Oversee training and certification, including Master Installer Certification for all Lead Installers Review job measurements before submitting to Purchasing to ensure accuracy and efficiency Interview and evaluate potential 1099 window installation contractors Provide on-site coaching for new install crews and service technicians Troubleshoot complex window installation challenges and develop action plans for timely completion Serve as the go-to expert for all things window installation—mentoring, motivating, and managing with integrity
